How long will it take to receive my rosary, necklace, or bracelet?
Our rosaries are all pre-made. If purchasing before 12 pm EST, we ship our rosaries via Priority Mail (1-3 business days) on the closest business day. All orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. International shipping will vary.
Not all of our jewelry is pre-made, and can take 5-7 business days to be made and processed before they ship. All jewelry orders are shipped via Priority Mail (1-3 business days) on the closest business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will start production on the following business day. International shipping will vary.
How long does it take to receive my custom rosary?
The amount of time it takes for a customer to receive a custom order varies, depending on how busy we are and your location. Most items are made within 1 to 10 days from the date your order is placed. International shipping will vary.
I need a rosary/bracelet/chaplet/necklace fast! What can be done?
We're happy to accommodate you as best as we can! If you need an item by a specific date, you can either call us or indicate the date by which your merchandise is needed during checkout. If we cannot meet your request you will be notified via telephone or email. November-December and February-June are our busiest times of the year. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that the US Post Office does not guarantee next day delivery to all zip codes in the US.
In extreme rush situations (rushes that involve an additional trip to the post office after packages have shipped for the day) there will be a a $25 rush charge on rosaries.
Does my rosary come with a pouch or gift box?
All rosaries, chaplets, and gemstone bracelets come with a soft black velvet pouch for storage and come shipped in a cardboard gift box.
All sterling silver bracelets and necklaces come on a display card in a plastic bag.
How do I know when my order ships?
An email will be sent out with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
What materials do you use to make your merchandise?
Everything on our website is a precious metal. All caps, accent beads, crucifixes, centerpieces, and wire are solid sterling silver or solid bronze. For jewelry, all chain and accent medals are sterling silver.
How do I clean my rosary, chaplet, or jewelry?
For rosaries, we highly recommend Connoisseur's Jewelry Cleaners. If the rosary is heavily soiled or tarnished, you can purchase the Connoisseur's Delicate Jewelry Cleaner (white container), Jewelry Cleaner (red container) and Silver Jewelry Cleaner (gray container) in the jewelry section at Wal-Mart, Target or other major departments stores. The Delicate Jewelry Cleaner is best for pearls, coral, amber, lapis and other porous stones. The Jewelry Cleaner is a little stronger and will clean a little better but you must be careful when dipping stones that are impregnated with wax such as turquoise and malachite. The Sterling Jewelry cleaner is very harsh and we do not recommend this for anything except solid sterling or glass/crystal rosaries and some gemstone beads. After you have dipped your rosary, pat it dry with a paper towel and use a hair dryer on low heat to rid the rosary of any excess moisture. What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you will receive a prompt refund if the item is returned within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be given on worn or damaged merchandise or on custom orders. We have had to institute a 15% restocking fee on any returned merchandise as once merchandise is made it ties up the use of materials.
What is your lifetime guarantee?
Wire-wrapped Rosaries and Chaplets: Wire-wrapped rosaries are guaranteed for a lifetime with normal use. Repairs are free of charge although the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Jewelry: Our jewelry has a 30-day warranty for any chain or clasp defects. Email us if you're having issues at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue. If your jewelry breaks after the 30-day time frame, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.
