How do I get in contact with you?
I am available 9AM-5PM EST. You can message me through Shopify, the icon is in the bottom right corner, or via email at info@simplerosaries.com. I try to respond as quickly as possible to Shopify messages, but email communication is preferred.
What is your production/shipping time?
Unless otherwise specified, everything on my website is pre-made. Therefore, it requires no production time and is ready-to-ship.
Custom orders are made within 3-10 days from the date your order is placed, but this can vary on a number of different variables.
My rosaries, bracelets, and chaplets are all pre-made. If purchasing before 12 pm EST, I ship them via Priority Mail (1-3 business days) on the closest business day. All orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. International shipping will vary.
Simple Rosaries ships worldwide. International customers are individually responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and/or customs clearance charges required by their country for importing.
How will my order be packaged?
All rosaries, chaplets, and gemstone bracelets come with a soft black velvet pouch for storage, and each item comes with an individual gift box.
How do I know when my order ships?
An email will be sent out with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
I am confident in the quality and durability of my rosaries, and want you to feel the same way. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a prompt refund if the item is returned within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be given on worn or damaged merchandise or on custom orders. We have had to institute a 15% restocking fee on any returned merchandise as once merchandise is made it ties up the use of materials. Refunds can only be issued after the return package is received, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is your warranty?
All wire-wrapped rosaries are guaranteed for a lifetime with normal use. Repairs are always free of charge; however the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
All Simple Rosaries soft-flex items have a one year warranty. If for any reason your soft-flex item breaks during that time, email me right away so I can resolve the issue (info@simplerosaries.com).
What materials do you use?
Simple Rosaries only uses high-quality precious gems and metals. Every component is solid sterling silver or solid bronze. This includes bead caps, accent beads, crucifixes, centerpieces, and wire. All gemstones are purchased through years of gem buying experience, and are of the highest quality.
How do I clean my rosary, chaplet, or bracelet?
For rosaries, I highly recommend Connoisseur's Jewelry Cleaners. If the rosary is heavily soiled or tarnished, you can purchase the Connoisseur's Delicate Jewelry Cleaner (white container), Jewelry Cleaner (red container) and Silver Jewelry Cleaner (gray container) in the jewelry section at Wal-Mart, Target or other major departments
stores. The Delicate Jewelry Cleaner is best for pearls, coral, amber, lapis and other porous stones. The Jewelry Cleaner is a little stronger and will clean a little better but you must be careful when dipping stones that are impregnated with wax such as turquoise and malachite. The Sterling Jewelry cleaner is very harsh and we do not recommend this for anything except solid sterling or glass/crystal rosaries and some gemstone beads. After you have dipped your rosary, pat it dry with a paper towel and use a hair dryer on low heat to rid the rosary of any excess moisture. If you have any questions or doubts about which cleaner to use, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist you (info@simplerosaries.com).

2. What material are you interested in? We offer silver and bronze, as well as gold/gold-filled upon request.
3. What type of bead would you like? If unsure, a general idea of color is helpful.
